Joy studied under Shigeyoshi Morioka to learn how to fire in the ANAGAMA kiln. She makes many sculptures in the figure of people. Her bronze sculptures that can be as large as a few meters were recently set in Shanghai as well as Broadway last year. Her statues are always looking pristine and a tiny bit up at the sky.
