Q. May I return the product?

Products purchased through may be returned for store credit. The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase and in its original condition and packaging. The store credit is valid for up to one year from the issue date. Refunds are made only in the case of manufacturer’s defects that cannot be replaced.

Q. How do I make a return?

If you wish to return the product, please mail it back to Sara within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for any damages to the product, so please be sure to pack well. You may also add shipping insurance if you wish.

If the product you purchased has manufacturer’s defects, please notify us and the product will be picked up at the location of your request. For products being returned that do not have any manufacturer’s defects, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
