How to Shop at Sara Online

Q. How do I make a purchase?

Place the item you wish to purchase into your shopping cart by simply clicking “Add to Cart”. When you are ready to proceed, click the “Checkout” button at the top-right corner of our website. You will then be prompted for your preferred method of payment. Please fill out the required information and click “Pay now” to place your order.

Q. What if the item is not in stock?

If a product you wish to purchase is currently out of stock, please feel free to email us at info@saranyc.com. We will promptly respond with an estimated date of availability for that particular item.

Q. Can I cancel or change my order?

You may cancel your order at no charge prior to shipment. For cancellations, please email us at info@saranyc.com with your name and order details.

Q. Do you charge sales tax?

A sales tax of 8.875% will be applied on all purchases sent within the state of New York.

Q. Do you offer gift-wrapping services?

At your request, Sara’s signature gift wrap is available free-of-charge. Please make your request through the “Gift Wrap” section during checkout.



Return Policies

Q. May I return the product?

Products purchased through saranyc.com may be returned for store credit. The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase and in its original condition and packaging. The store credit is valid for up to one year from the issue date. Refunds are made only in the case of manufacturer’s defects that cannot be replaced.

Q. How do I make a return?

If you wish to return the product, please mail it back to Sara within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for any damages to the product, so please be sure to pack well. You may also add shipping insurance if you wish.

If the product you purchased has manufacturer’s defects, please notify us and the product will be picked up at the location of your request. For products being returned that do not have any manufacturer’s defects, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Q. How soon will my order be shipped? And how long will it take to arrive?

Your order will typically be shipped within two business days from purchase.
The estimated arrival time varies depending on your shipping address. Typically, items arrive within 7 business days from shipment.
