Kibun Kayano Born in Okayama Prefecture.
He majored in art at Okayama University, 
then moved to Tokoname City, Aichi Prefecture,
to study under Masamichi Yoshikawa, 
and became independent in 2004.

His vessels, with their gentle use of color, 
are a reflection of his personality.
Some people may say his vessels are too cute, 
but that is because he is a very cute person.
He moved to Tokoname, a town famous for its pottery, 
and spreading his gentle kindness through his work.
