In celebration of Sara Japanese Pottery’s 30th anniversary, artists of all walks of life gather to the newly established art gallery Die Firma. Generations both old and new will collide to showcase their work in both traditional and contemporary styles. This gallery is not limited to ceramics but also paintings and sculptures as well. Local New York City artists a must, from Japan artists such as Hanako Nakazato, Vermont’s Malcolm Wright and Fujiko Enami hailing from Venice will join the mix with artists upstate like the Ceramic Sculptor Paul Chaleff and Tim Rowan with Master blacksmith James Garvey at the reception while presenting their work. Not only will there be these artists, we will be showcasing 30 different artists related to Sara at the exhibition.
 
Looking back upon the 30 year history of Sara Japanese Pottery, The new art gallery on Cooper Union Die Firma will cooperate with Sara Japanese Pottery in hopes to be noticed as the up and coming art center of New York.

30周年を迎えるSara Japanese Potteryに所縁のアーティストがNew Yorkのダウンタウンに新たに出来たギャラリー Die Firmaに集結。将来を期待される若い世代のアーティストから、時代を切り開いて来たビッグネームアーティストまで。セラミック作品に限らず、アート アンド クラフトの作品を幅広く展示する。
New York在住のアーティストはもちろんのこと、日本からは陶芸家、中里花子、バーモントのマルコム　ライト、ベニスからムリーニ硝子の江波冨士子、アップステートニューヨークから、セラミック彫刻のポール チェリフ、ティム ロワン、鉄の巨匠、ジェームスガービーなどがレセプションに在廊予定。その他、多くの作家が作品を出展する。
