Made in 1969, at Taroemon-Kiln Karatsu, Japan
At the end of 1967, Malcolm took his wife Marj and their one year old son to Karatsu, Japan to study under the living national treasure, Nakazato Taroemon, the 12th generation. Taroemon taught the Karatsu style to the 13th generation Nakazato brothers and Malcolm.
