How do I make a purchase? |

Select the item from our online store and place it into your shopping cart simply by clicking “Add”. When you are ready to proceed to the cashier, click the “Checkout” button, which will ask for your payment method. Please provide the required information and click “Submit” to place your order. What if the item is not in stock? |

If a product you wish to purchase is currently out of stock, please feel free to e-mail us at: info@saranyc.com. We will promptly reply you with an estimated arrival date of that particular item. |

Can I cancel or change my order? |

You may cancel your order with no charge if prior to the shipment. For cancellation, please e-mail us at info@saranyc.com with your name and order details. |

Do you charge sales tax? |

The sales tax of 8.675% will be applied on all purchases sent within the state of New York. |

Any gift-wrap service? |
|
Upon your request, Sara’s signature gift wrap will be available at free of charge. Please make your request through “Gift Wrap” section. |

May I return the product? |
|
Your purchase through Saranyc.com may be returned for store credit. The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase and in the original condition and packaging. The store credit is valid for one year from the issue date. The refunds are made only in the case of manufacture defect that cannot be replaced. |

What is the returning process? |
|
If you wish to return the product, please mail it back to Sara within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for any damages to the product, so please be sure to pack well. You may also add a shipping insurance if you wish.
If the product you purchased had manufacture defect, please notify us and the product will be picked up at the location of your request. If you are returning the item for other than the defective reasons, the shipping fee of returning the item to Sara will be your responsibility.

How soon will my order be shipped? And how long will it take to arrive? |

Your order will typically be shipped within two business days from the purchase.
The estimated arrival varies depending on your shipping address, however the items should arrive within 7 business days from the shipment. |
